Non-Refundable Enrollment: Due to the nature of live masterclass access, personal training sessions, and proprietary digital resources, enrollment fees are non-refundable once access is provided.
Class Rescheduling: If you miss a scheduled live class, a dedicated personal session will be arranged to cover the missed curriculum in place of a cash refund.
2. Free String Art Material Kit
Damaged or Missing Items: If your complimentary String Art Material Kit arrives damaged or with missing items, you must inform us within 24 hours of package delivery with unboxing photos or videos.
Replacement Policy: We will verify the claim and dispatch replacement parts or a new kit at no extra charge. Cash refunds are not applicable for complimentary promotional kits.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled prior to the dispatch of the physical material kit and the initiation of live class onboarding. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
